Train your mind, overcome your obstacles

To face challenges, stress and reach your goals, develop your mental strength and learn how to mental schemes!

Mind training is based on physical and spiritual training following a daily discipline: repeating routines and chores improves mind and character, just like using weights helps developing muscles.

One of the most important qualities is persistence and attitude in pursuing a task over time,  even in adversity, a situation arising between you and your goal. It can be hard or easy to face, and comes either form the outside or from you.

Persistence means keeping your mind clear to analyse the feasibility of the path we’re following, taking all the opportunities along the way.

To keep the situation under control, proceed with the following scheme of time management:

  1. List all your tasks and value them by importance
  2. Focus 80% of your energy on the most important tasks, identifying the right moment for each activity (daily, weekly planning, etc..) and the intermediate goals to reach for each session.
  3. Focus your energy in fulfilling each single task. Create a check list to tick off what is done and to be done yet.

In the same way, understand when a goal is definitely outside your reach in a given situation, for reasons beyond your control.

Persistance also means being aware of such situations and wait for the right opportunity to come. In this way, you can keep a positive mind also in negative situations, avoiding stress and frustration.

The harder the goal, the more triumphant you’ll be when you achieve it.

Train yourself to consider goals as future victories to celebrate! Andrea
